Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are considered only under the following circumstances:
- If the project has not been started and no significant work has been delivered.
- If you have made a duplicate payment by mistake.
- If the service delivered is substantially different from what was agreed upon in the initial contract or proposal and Codence Studio is unable to rectify the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Payments made for completed milestones, approved deliverables, or services already rendered.
- Change of mind or project cancellation by the client after work has commenced.
- Delays or issues caused by third-party services, platforms, or client-side inaction.
- Custom development, design, or consulting services once work has started.
Refund Process
- To request a refund, please contact us at refund@codencestudio.me with your project details, payment proof and reason for the request.
- All refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days. We may request additional information to process your claim.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
